Kim Kardashian Doesn’t Like Being Called An Idiot

If you did nothing but lounge around all day and just sit in your pants eating Space Raiders and drinking Tango, what would people think? They certainly wouldn't be jealous of your luxury lifestyle; instead they'd be calling you all sorts of rude and nasty names.

Switch this concept over to America and the opinion dramatically changes. Gone are the thoughts that you're an inept moron who can't grasp the concept of slip on shoes. Instead, our chums in the USA hail celebrity layabouts such as Paris Hilton and more recently, Kim Kardashian.

The Kardashian family are something of a sinister idea in itself. Start with controlling mother Kris who ensures all of her female offspring have the initials "KK" and it makes for hilarious fun. Connections to the KKK are unknown. Unfamiliar to most of us until head daughter Kim had a blissful 72 day marriage, she now gets upset over criticism she receives. Such as comments made by Mad Men star Jon Hamm.

Have you ever watched a series of the Kardashian reality show? Not only does it depict the worst in human behaviour and upper class society, but there have been exciting episodes where the Kardashians have adopted a homeless man, threatened to sue each other over the name of a perfume and exploit the resident immigrant dog walker.

Cynics – certainly not us, would think that filming your entire wedding preparation and flogging it to the E! Entertainment channel was money grabbing. But hey, who says fairytale romances can't happen for real? Well sadly for Kim and the unfortunate groom Kris Humphries, true love didn't last for them and a mere 72 days after exchanging vows, they called it quits.

It seems that some people don't appreciate those making a living off of being a scripted and essentially, processed product. Well, that's what Jon Hamm thinks anyway. He originally said the following rude things about Kimmy:

"Whether it's Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian or whoever, stupidity is certainly celebrated,' he told April's Elle UK magazine. "Being a fucking idiot is a valuable commodity in this culture because you're rewarded significantly."

If someone like wife beater to the stars Chris Brown received this sort of criticism, we'd expect him to start acting like a brat and set the Team Breezy goons on the perpetrator.

Amazingly, Kim Kardashian took a more level headed approach.

She's either very level headed, or her monkey butler PA is very good at typing.
