If we get an opportunity to write about Miley Cyrus, we will. This is not because we find her particularly interesting (although we did like it when she was caught on video with a massive bong), but rather, we love the picture we use when we write about her.

Miley Cyrus, daughter of hilariously headed Billy Ray Cyrus, has sparked speculation of an engagement to boyfriend Liam Hemsworth after she tweeted a new picture wearing a big diamond ring.

And no, we don't really know who Liam Hemsworth is. We assume he's got impossible teeth and eyelashes on his back.

Miley tweeted a thinly veiled advertisement:

"I am soooo obsessed with Jenna Hipp nail foundations! It looks so chic and classic!" Take a look"

However, everyone was much more interested in Miley's ring. Everyone is always obsessed with the ring of young women aren't they?

And while everyone (under the age of 16) went nutso asking about Miley's ring, the singer preferred to prattle on about absolutely nothing.
