Chaney Pleads Guilty To Hacking Celebs For Nudes, As Well As Having The Cheek To Email Nude Requests (Amazing)

Christopher Chaney, the man who gave the world celebrity nakedness, is a man looking at a tremendous 60 years in prison after admitting he absolutely did hack the emails of famous people and leaked their personals to us all.

And for the huge spikes in traffic he gave us, we thank him dearly.

Anyway, his hacking into the email accounts of Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis, Scarlett Johansson and more, Chaney used a frighteningly easy method of getting in and sharing the goods. And at one point, even asked a celebrity if they'd send him so revealing photos. Amazing!

Chaney is an unemployed man. The job market must be lousy at the minute if you can hack into high profile email accounts and still not get a job with anyone.

Alas, using information found online for security questions (as simple as that), Chaney is now getting his arse handed to him and was taken into custody with his head down and his hands in his pocket.

Thanks to Chaney, we've had our hands 'in our pocket' a lot too. Again, thanks for that.

Prosecutors have said that Chaney illegally accessed the email accounts of more than 50 people in showbusiness between November 2010 and October 2011. He put a forwarding feature in each email account, so a copy of every message a celebrity received was sent to an account he controlled, according to court documents.

While this all seems about right, there's one instance where he was spectacularly cheeky.

Allegedly, Chaney posed as stylist Simone Harouche and sent an email from her account to Aguilera asking the singer for scantily clad photographs.

AND IT WORKED. We know, because we ran the pictures.

Yet, despite all this, Chaney made no money from his tomfoolery and now, the poor sod has a plea agreement, which could see him being asked to cough-up for a fine of up to $2.2 million as well as offering to pay restitution to his victims, ranging from $15,000 to $400,000.

What are the chances of people like us who benefited greatly from his actions, helping him out?

Zero. The world is a cruel, cruel place, eh readers?
