As well as announcing the ThinkPad Yoga device, at CES this week Lenovo also shared its IdeaCentre A720 All-in-One PC with us, an all-singing-all-dancing desktop computer that's slim, light AND can lay flat like a huge tablet. Hmm you weren't expecting that last bit were you?!
Measuring 27 inches diagonally, it packs in a Core-i7 Sandy Bridge CPU, 8GB of RAM, up to 1.8TB of storage space (with SSD options), a 2GB discrete graphics card and a Blu-ray drive. Just like the Yoga tablet, the IdeaCentre A720 also supports ten-finger multi-touch and it's got a full HD screen at 1920 by 1200 pixels.
However, the A720 is also super flexible and it can stand tall like a regular all-in-one desktop machine, or it can be folded flat and used as a massive tabletop tablet device.
We got the chance to see a product demo of the IdeaCentre A720 with one of the team at Lenovo's Aquaknox suite, which really showed off the device's intuitive multi-touch screen and cool flexible design.
Shiny Shiny is attending CES as part of a press trip organised by Lenovo, (but just so you know, we only write about products that we think are genuinely awesome).
