Keira Knightley Has Bad Skin (To Add To The Thorough Absence Of Talent)

Apparently, Keira Knightley feels self-conscious about her "bad skin". Absolutely no word on her feeling self-conscious about her awful, despairing acting skills, but there you go. Did you expect anything else from a woman who willingly starred in Domino?

Of course, having bad skin is no laughing matter. Unless you look like a pizza, which is absolutely hilarious.

But Keira is the 26-year-old face of Chanel, so she's got problems there, right? She's got a much-photographed face. AND IT HAS SOME BAD SKIN ON IT!

Massively fishing for compliments like she's on twitter or something, she said:

"I've never seen myself as being attractive in that glamorous way. I'm incredibly self-conscious about the fact that I get bad skin. Actually, I'm incredibly self-conscious about a lot of parts of it but, equally, I'm aware that it works in certain environments and for certain things."

"If you're using your face, if you're selling it, then you've become so aware of the flaws because people tell you. And they do so brusquely. So then you start seeing it."

Like how it can't convey any emotion, ever?

"I'm not saying that I look in the mirror all the time and go: 'Oh my God, that's hideous!' I can look at myself and think: 'Oh, good. You look good today,' or 'Holy f**k. You look like s**t today'."

So, just like every single human on the face of this ailing planet then? Apart from Hasselhoff who has never had a moment of self-doubt in his life, including that time his daughter filmed him eating a burger off the floor in his underpants.

But we're talking about Keira who has body issues like a real woman. Wait. What's this? Talking about taking her clothes off in her new film, which we won't be plugging thank you.

"It's the superficial thing of seeing your flaws on the screen. That's probably going to be all that you see and you focus on the bits you don't particularly like. 'But at a certain point, I've had to get over my own body anxiety issues so it doesn't get in the way of telling the story. It's something I've had to face."

So, there you have it. She's got over her issues. If you want to get over yours, parade yourself naked before a team of hairy-eared cameramen.

It'll be fine. Keira Knightley says so.
