Pitbull Says That Lindsay Lohan Shouldn’t Sue Him (She Should Try Killing Him Instead)

Pitbull's fame, like David Guetta's, is absolutely mystifying. They've featured on every single record made in the past three years and continued to be powerful movers-and-shakers, despite an obvious absence of talent or charisma. There can be only one logical explanation for their influence.

They clearly own TMZ and have so much dirt on the celebrity world that anyone who refuses their collaborations will be met with the most scurrilous rumours in print and leaked nude photographs.

One person who is about to be ruined is Lindsay Lohan who has decided to take Pitbull on, quite possibly, in a court of law.

Of course, with LiLo taking on Pitbull, it can only end in her untimely death or messy, public breakdown. If you take on Pitbull or Guetta, you may as well incur the wrath of God. Or worse – the wrath of Khan.

And LiLo is reportedly suing Pitbull (along with Ne-Yo and Afrojack) for namedropping her in the song "Give Me Everything." She claims the lyric – "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan" – caused her "irreparable harm."

Giving her a chance to back the fuck away, Pitbull is invoking the 'Seacrest Defense' saying that, if Ryan Seacrest didn't sue him for mentioning him in a song, then neither should she.

In legal docs filed this week in New York, Pitbull responded to the suit and pointed out that he rapped about Seacrest in the same song and, furthermore, Pitbull performed the song as part of a New Year's Eve show hosted by Seacrest.

In other words, Ryan Seacrest doesn't take absolutely everything personally.

That, or the axe swinging over Seacrest's head is so large that he dare not speak out against one half of the most powerful couple in showbusiness.

You've been warned punks.

Next week: Famous troubled actress nearly dies in horrible car accident. Pitbull and Guetta record touching dancefloor tribute in song.
